Basic blocks - Fix the request

Block "Commit request" - a block that helps to commit requests from users, as well as to see statistics on them on the main screen of Chat-API Designer.

In this block you can add images, text, menu items. To display the desired information about the user in the request, add the names of the variables (in two curly brackets) you want to display in the request in the "Service settings" field. Click "Submit" to save.

By default, the bot captures the user's Name and Phone Number.

 

This block captures orders and displays these orders in the "Store" - "Orders" section. When the user goes to this step, user data (data from the variables you specify in the block settings) will automatically get into your system.
