Referral system

The referral system is our partner offer. By attracting customers to work with the Chat API through your referral link, you can receive pleasant bonuses.

How it works.

1 - you share your referral link

2 - The client follows it and registers his separate account in the Chat API

3 - Each client's payment will bring you money or additional days of work with the service

For each monthly payment by the client, you will receive 3 additional days of work with the Chat API. If the client pays back a year immediately, then you will receive an additional month. Free days are credited automatically, but if it is more interesting for you to receive money instead of days, then write to us by mail: marketing@chat-api.com

Important note. The referral program applies only to those cases when the client creates his own account in the Chat API. In all other cases, for example, when you attract a client to cooperation and he receives an instance from your personal account, the referral system does not apply. In these cases, a discount system is available to you for the number of accounts in your personal account.

If the client you attracted for some reason was not reflected in your referral tree, then write to our support service and indicate the following information:

1 - Your instance (any is possible)

2 - Instance of the attracted client

3 - Your mail

4 - Mail of the attracted client

5 - Your referral link
