What should I do before connecting a new messengers number after being banned?
If your number was blocked for the second time or the support service recognized the violation of the use of messengers as not subject to amnesty, then there is nothing left but to purchase a new number and reconnect to messengers via the Chat API.
Unfortunately, a simple change of the SIM card is not enough to ensure the security of your number, this is due to the fact that when messengers is blocked, it enters the subscriber's IP address into a conditional "Black list" and it will be more sensitive to minor violations if you do not perform the following actions:
1-Write to our support service your instance so that we clear its history, or use the "clear instance" button in your personal account;
2-Delete the messengers app from your device;
3-Change the IP address on the device (you can connect to another Wi-Fi or to another mobile network);
4-Install the messengers app;
5-Register in messengers with a new number that was not previously banned. Send multiple messages so that incoming and outgoing messages appear. It will be better if this period of "quiet" communication lasts from a few days to a week;
6-Log in to the Chat API system with a new number. There is a possibility that messengers remembers banned Google accounts. Therefore, it is advisable to use a different account.
