I lost access to my mail, how can I get my Chat API instances back?

If you registered through Gmail or Github, then you can restore access through your account.

In other cases, we suggest that you re-register on the service, send us data about a new personal account, and we will transfer your old instances.

Of course, we will do a preliminary check to establish that your instances are indeed yours. To initiate the process, contact Support.
